Due to legal ramifications and a lack of resources, we are unable to continue to offer this service. Over the past ten years, we've grown from a 286 with a 40 Meg hard drive and a 2400 baud modem to a full blown Internet download service providing quality and hard to find software and support to individuals and organizations around the world.

We'd like to take this opportunity to thank our users, supporters and those who took the time and put in the effort to provide us with technical assistance and file, mail and Internet feeds.

To the lawyers who would make our lives difficult; the ungracious software authors who demanded that we post, or not post, or update or not update; and to the users who assume the world owes them a download; we say: get a life.

Along the way we've learned a thing or two about people, life and computers. It's time to move on and our priorities now lie with other projects about which we are even more excited ...
